Serving as Headmaster of Sowndeeswari Middle School since 15 December 2000, his educational initiatives focus on improving academic standards, supporting foundational learning, introducing innovative resources and creating opportunities for holistic student development.
Educational philosophy
Every child can progress when provided with the right guidance, encouragement, learning materials and opportunities. His work includes books, worksheets and remedial resources in Tamil, English, mathematics and grammar, along with programmes for competitive examinations, student skills and technology-enabled learning.
